Показаны диагностические возможности гибридизационных технологий «ТБ-ТЕСТ» и GenoType MTBDRsl v.2 в определении генетических детерминант устойчивости изолятов с множественной, пре-широкой и широкой лекарственной устойчивостью.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents data on testing the drug susceptibility of clinical isolates of M. tuberculosis (MTB) to fluoroquinolones and injectable drugs using molecular genetic tests and phenotypic methods.
