Латентная туберкулезная инфекция – это одна из главных проблем фтизиатрии. Сегодня мы достигли значительных успехов в понимании сущности этого важного «компонента» туберкулеза, и, следовательно, недалеко то время, когда диагноз, прогноз течения и лечение ЛТИ станут вполне доступными в широкой практике.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The literature review briefly describes the main aspects of latent tuberculosis infection and the place of tuberculosis infection among various variants of the course of tuberculosis. Latent tuberculosis infection is one of the main problems of phthisiology.
