Представлены сведения о молекулярных механизмах действия, основных фармакокинетических характеристиках и побочных эффектах спарфлоксацина. Обсуждается вопрос применения спарфлоксацина в терапии туберкулеза легких с множественной лекарственной устойчивостью возбудителя.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this review you can find data about tuberculosis mycobacterium resistance mechanisms to antibiotics. The data include molecular action mechanism, main pharmacokinetic characteristics and side effects of Sparfloxacin.
