Эти показатели оказались сходными (но не всегда идентичными) с таковыми, определенными другими методами.Микобактерии комплекса МАС были чувствительными в большинстве случаев к амикацину, кларитромицину, моксифлоксацину, рифабутину и устойчивыми к другим препаратам, находящимся на панели Sensititre SlowMyco. При этом к ряду препаратов, к которым большинство штаммов были устойчивыми, определялось значительное количество штаммов с промежуточной чувствительностью/устойчивостью. Выявлены также определенные различия в лекарственной чувствительности видов M. avium и M. intracellulare. Оба этих факта необходимо учитывать при назначении химиотерапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We detected MICs for the line of the drugs using for the treatment of mycobacterisises caused by mycobacteria of avium-intracellulare complex (МАС). Our MICs meanings were similar (but not always identical) to those determined by other methods.Mycobacteria of the МАС were susceptible in most cases to amikacin, clarithromycin, moxifloxacin, rifabutin, and resistant to other drugs located on the SlowMyco Sensititre® panel. At the same time, a number of strains with intermediate sensitivity/resistance were determined for a number of drugs for which most strains were resistant. Certain differences in drug sensitivity of M. avium and M. intracellulare species were also revealed.
